Returns Policy

WE PROVIDE A 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON ALL UNOPENED ITEMS!

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 14 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.

*Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL 

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team by emailing enquiries@biomedsupplements.com stating your Order Number, email address used to pay for the item and issue with the item.

Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch date, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 14 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

All orders can be returned by post. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

  1. Include a Returns Note
    Please write a note detailing which item(s) you are returning, quantity, and reason for return. You must include all the paperwork that was delivered with the item. Place in parcel with items being returned.
  2. Package your item securely and send to

  3. Get some proof of postage
    We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method– i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. You will receive an Email confirmation
    We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.
  2. Your refund will be processed
    Your refund will be credited back via PayPal to your Paypal account or credit/debit account. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
