Gut Focused Yoga Flow by Amber Rowan

By Amber Rowan | May 2nd, 2020 | Exercise, Mental Health

Today we’re joined by the brilliant yoga teacher, Amber Rowan who’s going to walk us through a lovely gut focused yoga routine to help relieve any stresses, anxiety and digestive discomfort you may be feeling during this lockdown period.

The movements in this routine not only help to reduce stress (which is great for the gut), but gut-directed yoga has also been found to be as effective as diet changes for reducing IBS symptoms. Win-win!

So grab any pillows or blankets you may need to get comfortable, take a deep breath, relax, and most importantly, enjoy!
